Bolivia - Skeletal Remains Found by a Lake
On the morning of 9th April 2021 in Oruro (Bolivia), the skeletal remains of a man were found by a lake. Volunteers were cleaning the lake of the rubbish, when they made the discovery.

Odd situation. It absolutely has to due with humidity but the decay vs the plastic and rubber decay rates... wild... At this state can it even have any evidence or do you just have to assume you'll never figure it out?
