Looks to me like the hole in her forehead is from a close range GSW. The hole behind her left ear appears to be the exit wound.

The big problem with Islam is the inbreeding, it advocates cousins marrying each other which causes abnormalities and a big cause of disabilites. IMO its one of the causes of ISIS, it causes schizophrenia too amongst other mental illnesses. I think 50% of Pakistanis are inbred last time i checked. Google it, very shocking.
