One Dead After Forklift Accident at Hyundai Megasite in Georgia, USA
Bryan County, Georgia, USA An unnamed construction worker was apparently struck by a forklift at the HMGMA (Hyundai) and LG Energy Solutions joint venture battery plant site, at the Hyundai Megasite in Bryan County. Reportedly, Bryan County EMS responded to more than ninety emergency calls at the metaplant between January 2023 and March 2024. A 34-year-old worker died in April 2023 when he fell off a structure whilst carrying an I-beam.  ·  · |

A Bryan County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) spokesperson said that one person is dead. According to BCSO’s Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) Events records, 44 Emergency Medical Services calls have been made to the site since Sep. 23, 2023.

A battery plant. OK , very large forklifts are undoubtedly used to lift and transport heavy batteries. I can certainly understand how a body can be totally destroyed after being run over by a behemoth.
