Old Lady Almost Decapitated by Her Husband
In Brejo da Madre de Deus, on the afternoon of 6th November 2014, 65 year old Iracema Maria dos Santos Silva was killed.

She was found sitting in a chair + had almost been decapitated with a sickle.

The murderer was her 65 year old husband, José dos Santos Silva. After he murdered his wife, he surrendered himself to the police. He states that he killed his wife because she betrayed him.
