Not Sure Why This Was Done? Any Ideas?
For some reason they tied the breasts of this woman together after she passed. I can not think of a reason this would be done.

they look pretty saggy, maybe the people who were moving her got so pissed off with them getting in the way they said Fuck it,.. better then duct tape i suppose.
