There is a system in place to make sure this happens. cps,cia,fbi helps to cover it up. The sperm donor might also be a part of it. the stepfather and mother are probably abuse victims growing up themselves, and are so fucked up and have no emotions. The other key to using children, is the powerful blackmail tool they become if you put them in a sexual situation with someone you want to corrupt in a room with a hidden camera. google the franklin scandal, the dutroux affaire, and watch a docu online called conspiracy of silence. It is not a whacky conspiracy docu, but a real docu made for discovery channel among others.
