Nigeria - Young Lady Who Swallowed Insecticide
 Around the night of 27th April 2019 in the Aluu area of Rivers State (Nigeria), H.G. committed suicide by consuming 2 bottles of an insecticide called Sniper. Her body was found 2 days later after her friends were worried when she failed to turn up for an exam. 'H' was 'an 100 Level Chemical Engineering student of the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State'. 'H' was last seen talking to a friend at around 11pm on the 27th. Her body was discovered with the same clothes she had been wearing that night. Friends state that 'H' had been very withdrawn lately + wouldn't allow anyone into her living quarters.     Some reports state that 'H' had been battling a medical condition since birth + the pain had caused her to suffer from depression. Other reports state that she took her own life because of relationship problems.   The video below shows 'H', apparently shortly before she took her own life, crying whilst saying “…it worsens every time and I don’t know who to call.”

She did have people who cared. For some people though, it's just not enough.

I would never begrudge a person from putting an end to a painful life. Pain that causes depression is beyond terrible to live with on the long term.

So sorry for her friends and family. They are hurting. She's at peace.
