It IS her parents' fault. They left the keys in a place she could get them. I know she wasn't smart enough to hot wire the car, by the size of her brain on the pavement. Wishing people to be killed for sending pictures makes you no better than them.

That is the saddest thing...and i'm a teenager of 18...i never drive like this. EVER. To my kids, I'd always tell them that i loved them. No matter what. But this...i feel so bad for the family...my deepest sympathy..
