I have to agree the parents are to blame. A teenage girl needs her parents to protect her from this. She was a very pretty little girl. Young kids like her do fell invincible. Those keys shouldn't have been where she could get to them.

I lived close to where this happened. I drove through that toll booth several times a week. They cleaned up the mess pretty damn good. The girl forever shall be known as 'Porsche Girl' due to her driving antics!
