The decedent was transported from the scene to Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego County where he died. Circumstance Notes: The decedent is a yet to be identified White male with an unknown residence. The decedent was witnessed to cross the ISR-805 highway on foot, near the ISR-8 interchange in the Mission Valley area of San Diego. The area is frequently travelled by undocumented immigrants crossing illegally into the US from Mexico.
