Iraq prime minister met with his five children and motherafter the case got national attention in Iraq

The governor said the person who carried out the beheading was a former security officer from Jalawla sub-district, the location where the victim was kidnapped, and was expelled from security forces due to his affiliation with ISIS after 2014.
