Not the same guy as the other video. The horizontal cut on this guys forehead is way higher up next to the hairline. And this guy has a tattoo on the hip that the other didn't have  |

I looked hes name up with cartel number. And he killed 28 women and skinned them alive the guy whos doing it was the victim sister..revenge. Gross  he was pure evil...the dead guy!!!
