To amuse myself, I will play detective. Hmmm, I don't think it was suicide.

1 - She doesn't look like she has the arm strength to heave herself onto the fence;

2 - If she was conscience to do this (or even alive), she would have instinctively withered in agony, which would have caused blood to be all over her body;

My theory: drugged or knocked unconscious prostitute thrown on the fence by her pimp or john who refused to pay her.

This makes me feel like Peter Falk as "Columbo"

You are correct. Her arm and back are in all different positions in the photos. Shit, she is alive! Yikes. And great people around her, taking photos instead of helping her. She is alive FFS! Help her.

And Chris, I read it as "jumping" from ground up, but yeah, either slipped off thrown off a roof.
