this is vary interesting. you see that fat belly? well he is not relay fat but in stead he is rotting from the inside out. his stomach are eating away at his poo and bacteria that causes gas in the belly. think of his belly as a deflated water balloon filled with slug gas and all while his body rots his belly is going to get bigger and bigger until it pops and all the gas will leak out. and you see his hands. i am guessing it is from being in water for to long. you know how your hand get all swain in the tub. imagine it ten fold. the skin will die and start to meld together like past.
