A woman, who worked at a Vietnamese-style rice noodle stall at a marketplace, died in a pool of blood after being stabbed with a pointed knife by her partner, who then turned the knife on himself. The man died after being transported to hospital.

Witnesses at the scene reportedly heard the woman ask to end the relationship, but the man refused. The disagreement escalated into a fight, and the man used a pointed knife to stab the woman multiple times in the arm, face, and head.

“Rip” = to cut or tear apart in a rough or vigorous manner

I had a psycology class that was taught by an ex FBI investigator. Neat guy and had common ways to get messages across that everyone understood.

He Talked about suicidal people and explained that they are really murderers. His statement on the person was,"When a person decides to commit suicide they are just as apt to kill someone else. Reasoning was they have decided to take a human life (their own) but that thought process bypassed any empathies for a human being. They are prepared to kill anything.

In my line of work, we use the THREATSS model to assess homicidal ideation and one of the risk factors is suicidality and increasing hopelessness. Takes the responsibility part out of the equation, especially if the target has “hurt them” in their mind.

oh, is that what that stuff that looks like gore on the ground is? i was wondering why it looks like there are brains or something on the ground after suffering just knife wounds, but i guess that would explain it, its clumps of bloody TP.
