You'd like this anectdotal story I heard about a comunity getting their own justice then (might be apocryphal, but it's fun anyway)

Basically, this dude rapes some kids, the courts give him jack shit for prison time, so when he gets out and is waiting for the bus, someone in a mask runs up with a bat and BAM!, busts his kneecap. He ends up in a cast for months, gets it off finally, goes to leave the hospital - BAM! different masked person busts his other knee. Each time, the cops just shrug and say they can't do anything about it. The community keeps at it until his knees fuse and he can't walk anymore.

Excellent anectdotal story! I love stories, and would like to hear the rest of the chapters on what happened to this dude after his knees were fucked up. You know, after he couldn't run away from his tormentors.....I could give you a few ideas to spin a good yarn....
