Hydrofluoric acid do you mean? If so, it would take too long to dissolve an entire body. It does make a good way to assassinate someone though, as the acid gets absorbed into the tissues and the only way to remove it is removing the tissue itself, unless you can safely apply a buffer solution on it. Unless you are referring to some acid I don't know. Could be, I failed chem 2 twice.
