Re: The Murder of Aundria Crawford by Rex Krebs
We had a event happen once just north of where this guy Krebs was. But anyways this guy was charged with some gang style type murder, he was I guess talking to his public defender and saw a deposition from DA office without names concealed, so this dude tells some other jackass in jail to call someone and have it taken care of so to speak. Well they killed the witness and to top it off the DA involved he committed suicide because of it. The guy involved was exonerated because nobody was there to testify. He ended up in jail anyways but still how far do you let a person go before you say he’s rehabilitated. Everybody in US knows once you go into jail system merry go round it’s just a place to learn other things you don’t learn in school. I’ve been there and had choice when I was a teen I was getting into all kinds of fucking trouble I knew if I went on I would’ve ended up in jail. But I took a different path and I’m doing fine. But I’ve seen so many of my childhood friends end up dead or like some in prison for life. The couple that I knew who had been to jail and went back it was very sad stories of both of them. It easy to say let’s be lenient until your a victim or you’ve seen with very own eyes there handiwork especially if it’s a repeat not just murder either, assault, rape all kinds of evil shit they do most times just to do it. Repeat thing we always here is this. Why did you do it , I was bored is usual answer or I don’t know. Yeah right bullshit they only cry when they get caught and in front of cops and lawyers and stuff. But you put back into element they get all gangster like. We get to see the before and after you know arrest period the primary incarceration period. Yeah that’s right we evaluate everybody to see wtf made them do this shit they do. Especially in those circumstances you catch them red handed so to speak. Yeah it’s just a big f ing game if you ask me. They don’t want to solve it to much money involved.

Re: The Murder of Aundria Crawford by Rex Krebs
Very doubtful he will ever be executed. It would require a future administration to retroactively reinforce the death penalty - which California is unlikely to vote for. Then the Supreme Court (where it would probably end up) would need to rule that telling people they're not going to be executed, then telling them they will be, is not cruel and unusual punishment.
