Re: The Murder of Aundria Crawford by Rex Krebs
What’s really messed up they think he was involved in more disappearances of young women up and down the central coast. During that time he was out on parole.

~ The guy obviously thought of himself as a stud, but was just another dud with a stinky personality, which is why he had to force himself on vulnerable women.

Re: The Murder of Aundria Crawford by Rex Krebs
This is that very narrow specific parameter or you just want to wait so e more evidence, aka the cumstains on his 1999 pants? San Quentin prisoners on deathrow are there for a reason. They were all guilty While I respect your stance and reasoning, your condescending tone ("innocent blood on your hands") and holier than thou approach is repulsive and quite frankly ,you can and fuck yourself with your libshit reasoning Death to all rapists and murderers. 90% of them were really guilty and that 10% doesn't really matter, there are enough humans as is now... |

Yes Innocent people are mostly remain innocent and with today's technology, every murder is solvable within a few weeks/months Too many humans. If you found yourself in a situation where you got convicted with murder then you're shit out of luck. You lost your so called rights to live. Tough shit |

Re: The Murder of Aundria Crawford by Rex Krebs
Could have said this better myself. It pisses me off when people literally give this criminal a way out. Even when there is concrete proof of them doing it. There should be zero excuses once they find DNA evidence at the crime scene. |

Re: The Murder of Aundria Crawford by Rex Krebs
You're not only being a shameless asshole, you're just fucking wrong to boot. In the US alone, 185 Death Row convictions have been exonerated since the mid-1970s. The math comes out to be that for every 8.3 people who have been executed in the US in the last 45 years, 1 person who was convicted and sitting on Death Row was acquitted or had the charges dismissed. Not all of them were guilty FFS. And that's just the ones that have been found and verified. It is foolish and blind to assume that there are not many others. Whether a subject committed the crime or not, if misconduct committed by the law enforcement secured their conviction, your beef should be with crooked prosecutors and dirty cops just as much as with an alleged criminal. Probably moreso since they're the ones who are really ruining the system. Fix the dirty prosecutors and lazy, short-cutting pigs and then we can talk about state-sanctioned murder. But the number of exonerations clearly indicates that the system is not competent or trustworthy when it comes to securing a legal conviction, so we do not need to be executing people until it is. As a civilized society, we have no business handing out punishments that cannot be reversed until we can rely upon the mechanics of our justice system to work as intended and not be hamstrung by overzealous shyster prosecutors and filthy pigs too lazy, stupid, or crooked to do their jobs correctly and ethically. |
