This fatal accident occurred in Tulsa, OK on U.S. 169 in April 2007. The motorcyclist was estimated to be going 120+ mph when his bike struck the back of the truck. The driver reported hearing a bump and seeing debris going past him (motorcycle parts). Upon pulling over he saw the rider stuck in the back of his truck. B. White, age 26, was dead at the scene.

Five days later, one of his friends, 21 yo D. Segal, (who had also attended the funeral) was killed in a similar motorcycle accident while speeding on the same highway.
