Well, the car's plate number seems to be Hungarian. Edit: After a quick google search Here are a few more pics from a Hungarian gore site(sorry about the big ass tags in the pics, no advertisement intended):     The uploader said that the guy hit a lamppost and he was driving way past 100km/h. Its unknown where exactly the accident happened, but the post had a "Budapest" tag in it, so maybe near there. Edit2: Im a dumbass. On the second pic from top in my post you can see the parliament behind the ambulance. It is Budapest. The pics were posted in early 2010. |

It looks hard to believe, but I guess the vertebrae are the weak link. Thorax holds together ok. As do hips. But I guess with enough velocity, the body separates at the lumbar vertebrae pretty easily.
