Motocrash in Slovakia
June 18, 2020, SLOVAKIA: Tragic accident of a biker from Košice (born in 1981) on the D1 motorway in the district of Košice-okolí. Initial information said that the biker should have had a collision with a car before the accident, but the police denied this. In the investigation so far, it has not been proven that there is a collision between an unknown motor vehicle and a motorcycle in a traffic accident. According to previous findings, the driver of a Honda motorcycle was driving on the D1 motorway in the direction from Prešov to Košice. Probably due to fast driving (around 200 km / h) and failure of the motorcycle to get skidding and ended up in barriers. * |

Re: Motocrash in Slovakia
The worst thing about these split in a half accidents is that some people manage to survive for a few minutes.

Re: Motocrash in Slovakia
Not where they're cut in half. They would have been unconscious and dead quite rapidly from exsanguination - the blood rushing out of the aorta, which runs through the center of the chest and abdomen, would be so rapid, the sudden loss of blood pressure would be near instant unconsciousness, followed by certain death. You would die faster from that than having both carotid arteries in your neck cut wide open, which is about 3-5 seconds. Being traumatically cut in half through the middle of your torso is as instantaneous as it gets, next to blunt force trauma to the head, which destroys the brain faster than it can register pain. |
