The transcripts of the torture tapes that Brady made should have been embroidered onto a cotton shirt. Then they should have made Brady wear that shirt, and release him into the general prison population at Manchester Strangeways Prison.
It would be nice to know that Brady himself had been orally and anally raped several hundred times before he died of internal injuries. The coroner is trying to place caveats on how bradys ashes are disposed off. Bradys barrister has pointed out that its nothing to do with the coroner where his ashes go. The coroner has no legal right to demand where his cremains do or dont get scattered.
