Minibus Ploughs Into Car
The collision involved a vehicle and a minibus. They hit head on and one person died at the scene. Heavy rainfall was suspected to be the cause.

What is that on the steering wheel? Looks like he was having chocolate and spat it out on impact Probably just tape
