A friend of mine in Phoenix had to deal with this type of bullshit, he went to arrest an illegal immigrant who skipped his court date and was a known drug abuser. The officer (Miles) went up to the car after being called out by the perps wife for threatening them and the perp pulled an AK47 right at Miles, fortunately the gun jammed and he put a bullet into the perps head.
