Mentally Ill Woman Attacks Family with Knives
Cast you mind back to 14th April 2015. What were you doing? Sophea here (40) was hacking her father Nop Tuan (78) and sister Sophat (58) to death, due to mental illness; which was no doubt untreated. This happened in Kampot city in Cambodia, where there is no access to health care, other than expensive privately run hospitals, which are unlikely to have mental health facilities.    ·  ·  ·  · |

If the expensive hospital don't even have a Mental health facilities...first sign of a family member loosing it, its plastic cutlery and all sharp stuff removed from the house..

Mental illness does exist, but how it's measured is questionable. I'm an intelligent psychopath, so technically I can live out my dreams and blame it on mental illness.
