Weird thing is, his hands are blurry, which means they were moving when the photo was taken, so who's the dead one lol.

I've seen many Victorian Memento Mori photos, but virtually all of these are new to me. Some are very poignant. Others seem grotesque, although they may have been perceived differently at the time. An outstanding collection. Thank you for sharing.
