Re: Mayor Found Dead and Rotting.
Onsite was found dead the Mayor of the City of Foz do Iguaçu, 64, already in an advanced state of putrefaction, being immediately thrown to the Homicide Squad, and Police Scientific Forensic Institute. Sounds like they threw them a bone!!! |

Re: Mayor Found Dead and Rotting.
That is really strange. The body is still showing a state of being in full rigor. Rigor mortis comes and goes the same way they it starts, beginning with the small muscles in the face and head, then working its way down the rest of the body. It will remain in this state of rigor for only a certain amount of time. This time depends on the ambient temperature, the damage to the body, and how the person died can also influence the onset and actual "strength" of the rigor. A fatal head-shot, or other fast traumatic nature of death, can often hasten the onset of rigor. With this guy already being in an advanced stage of decomposition, other factors can come into play. It appears that the ambient temperature, has played a major factor in the decomposition, and possibly, even the start of mummification by dehydration in the outstretched limbs, leaving them in a "fixed state" even after rigor mortis has come and gone. I saw that someone mentioned they needed to "pop" him to let the air out. That would surely be a blast of some highly, odoriferous, rank, almost puke inducing blast of funk. |
