On the afternoon of Thursday, April 3, 2014, around 2pm, military police were deployed to move to a residence after a report that one resident was dead inside the residence, and was exhaling a strong smell from the closed residence and the occupant had not been seen since last Sunday (30).

Onsite was found dead the Mayor of the City of Foz do Iguaçu, 64, already in an advanced state of putrefaction, being immediately thrown to the Homicide Squad, and Police Scientific Forensic Institute.

With the arrival of the criminal expert, the place of death was cordoned off, macroscopic evidence of violence not being found, and the body removed to the morgue for autopsy examination and later released to relatives. A decision of IML must diagnose the actual cause of death.

They would need to bend the arm to get the sled in it's slot. I imagine the arm raising back up enough to wedge the body and sled in the slot and being a pain in the ass to slide back out of the truck.

If I were a casual visitor, I'd guess that to be the mayor's residence.
