Man's Face Wrecked After Being Involved in Accident With Truck
Espaillat Province, Dominican Republic

A scooter rider, identified as J.L.V.G., was killed while riding his vehicle.

Apparently, when he stuck out his head towards the main road to see if he could get out, a truck passed and struck him on the head.
