This happened here in Venezuela, in Guiria a small coastal town they were looking for the son but found the dad, so he was decapitated and of course shot and his head (only) was found in the town square very early in the morning a common practice in that town (very small town BTW) but due to it's location very very near to Trinidad and Tobago just a few miles by boat.

Sorry I meant that the town is well known for drug and human trafficking, so this tipe of things it's very common there, not even the authorities go there.
