Re: Man Who Died by Fire
This guy was a policeman who got into a car wreck and his car caught fire. He was stuck in the car and rescuers tried and tried to get him out. He survived his injuries but lost his ears, nose all his fingers and I believe his eye sight. He lived because he was wearing a bullet proof vest which protected him enough that he would live. He travels around to schools and colleges and speaks about the power of thinking positive. |

Re: Man Who Died by Fire
You know, you have that whole "do no harm thing". Thats why (in end stages- If I am burnt beyond a life I could go out in public with- GONE. If a gorilla eats my face (hey, we've all seen it happen) GONE....theres a list much longer, but trust me, I've got every scenario covered.

Re: Man Who Died by Fire
Sometimes the paramedics should just leave it alone. I know it's their job, but man, a lost cause is a lost cause. When my fiancé hung himself they worked on him for 45 minutes until they got a heartbeat back. Which meant we had to watch him die a second time in hospital when we took him off life support. Pretty awful experience.
