Man Torn Apart in Brutal Hit-and-Run
In Saraburi province in August 2015, 33-year-old W.B. was run over by several vehicles, all of which fled the scene. According to a witness, the first vehicle to run over the victim was a pick-up truck. W.B. was on his way home from his job as a construction worker.
