Bail in U.S. for attempted murder is $250,000, that means that you would have to pay 10%. So thats 25,000 on just that charge. Get your shit straight, you were looking at $75,000 at least to be out bullshitting this forum.

I dunno how it works in the US, but in Canada the price of the bail is effected just as much by the offences as how 'wealthy' the accused is. They don't want to make bail some rediculous number if the person brings in only 10'000 dollars a year. However if a rich person commits a small crime it may be a large bail... since a bail is really meant as 'collateral' to some extent. The more money you have, the higher the bail... and vice versa. May be different in US, but in Canada that's how it works. |

In the US it's a set fine for offenses each state can set there on fine. I just bailed someone out for a shoplifting charge and her fine was $2400 so I had to $301 which is 10% plus fees.
