Man Shot dead by Neighbour
D.E.T, 33, aka "El Cholo" died on 1st September 2018 in Caracas, Venezuela when he was shot twice in the abdomen by a neighbour, J.C, 42. J.C. was seen arguing with the victim and had accused him of stealing electricity from his home. Witnesses reported that J.C. pulled a gun and shot D.E.T. twice at close range before escaping on a motorcycle, he was later arrested. Thanks to Dahlia_Neda for her help            |

Why can't these people just deal with things themselves firmly or report to the police instead of resorting to murder. Definitely something in their genetic make-up  |

I'm just going by the original article, maybe that ambulance was there as an 'unofficial' emergency vehicle?
