Cambodian Man Killed, Bound + Chucked in a Lake
On the morning of 5th September 2018 near Prek Ro village, the body of a man was found floating in a lake. The man, who's around 30 years old, had been drinking with 24 year old C.S. late at night on 3rd September. They began to argue + in a drunken rage, C.S. killed the man, bound his body + dumped him in a lake.
