I have no doubt it was snatched. My 22 year old god-son died at the scene when his motorcycle hit a car doing an illegal u-turn.

My daughter was in her car right behind him. Saw it and watched in horror as people fought to get his jewelry off, pushing her (a hysterical, grieving sister) away.
