So this fellow was not only hit by a car, but both the front and rear driver's side tires passed directly over his midsection, resulting in the depicted exposure of digestive organs.

Horrifyingly, he was not killed instantly but died several hours later at the hospital.

Sidenote: The guy had 2000 dollars cash in his pocket. Many folks would probably consider any day you've got 2 large in your pocket as a good day. Seems he is not to be counted amongst them, though.
