Man With Psychiatric Problems Shot Dead
On August 29th around 4:50am a man was shot several times in the neighborhood Santa Rosa in Palmares, Pernambuco, Brazil. The 55yo known as "Mustache" was found dead with multiple GSWs. The motivation is still not known. Police were unable to tell if the victim had involvement with any crimes. He lived alone and had psychiatric problems.  · |
