Fuck the "what he did was atrocious, but we need to get him the mental help he needs" speech. End his ass, period. There's no amount of therapy or drugs that's going to make that man 100% normal, or a functional member of society. All that treatment would just come out of tax payers pockets, and not go towards other, more pressing and urgent social issues that need to be resolved.
