i am not a proffesional at this but.-- looks like he got tangled up and was spun around a few times fucking up his lower legs on the lift gate and eventually getting his head literally spun off, i guess. the fact that there are speakers means they needed electricity for the music, so the generator was running while on board, and this guy was sitting just a teensy-weency too close to the drive belts. meathead !! ha! nailed-it !!
