On the night of 14th April 2019 in Barrio de la Bombita de Azua (Dominican Republic), 21 year old D.D.L.C.R. + her husband, 24 year old E.O.B.N., were killed by 24 year old P.H.V. He committed suicide after.

'P' had gone to the couple's home with them after going out drinking. 'P' wanted to drive home but 'E' wouldn't let him as he was too intoxicated. After arguing about it, 'P' shot 'D' + then did the same to 'E'. Then, he turned the gun on himself + died later.

'E's brother-in-law, A.N.M., was injured when he tried to help the couple. As was a police officer, 32 year old J.L.D, though he died hours later.

The hands of the deceased are often put inside their clothing to stop them flopping about. Tying hands + feet are also done for the same reason.
