I cannot confirm, but the man might be environmentalist Timothy Treadwell, who along with his girlfriend were eaten by bears at Katmai National Park in 2003.

There was a documentary made in 2005 about him called Grizzly Man directed by Werner Herzog. There exists an audio clip of his last moments, which hasn't been made public, but unfortunately, no video for us to enjoy.

Yeah, thanks. I should've read the wiki page first. The description of his death suggests he was more messed up than the guy in the picture.
