As a former aircraft mechanic, I'm am amazed and pleased that no blades broke off the turbofan. Kudos to the manufacturer. As for the unfortunate who was injested into said turbofan, that dumbfuck definitely should've known better that to be so close to a powerplant running at high power. AS for the Navy dude, the only thing that stopped him was a safety bar that he grabbed, resulting in his cranial being sucked off his head, etc, etc the pilot shut engine down. |
