Anyhoo, This unidentified man was found on the road, following being obviously hit by a vehicle and dragged along the tarmac. The identity or whereabouts of the driver of the vehicle was also unknown. The body will be returned to family, as the Kymer translates, 'to celebrate the tradition' - or to have a traditional Khymer funeral.
