Man Found Strangely Drowned
On Monday 14th November in Brazil, correctional workers informed the police that in the river beside the prison, they'd found a dead man. He was identified as a 67yo retired widower. His body was sent off to establish cause of death. Strange situation considering his flip flops and backpack are on the bank beside him.   |

Every one of these downing victims always seem to have that arms stretch out with claw hands. I guess that is from trying not to drown.
