Man Found Hanging in His Prison Cell
In Santarém on 6th July 2018, Nelson Mota Garcia was found hanging in his cell. It's thought that it was suicide, but murder has not yet been ruled out.     |

Looks like murder to me, but he also looked a right pos so not arsed either way, and I doubt anyone else would be, esp over there.

Somebody kicked the shit out of him not too long before he died. ( I'm not trying to say he was murdered......autopsy will have to determine that. )

Thanks for mentioning that as I've just looked at those 2 photos again + I don't know why I didn't notice before, but it's not the same bloke! The first picture shows the top of the rope above a window, yet the one under it shows it in a different place. I've now removed the first photo.
