Fire Department Retrieve Body from the Tocantins River
The body of a man thought to be between 28 - 30 was retrieved from the Tocantins River, dressed only in shorts. The victim had more than 15 stab wounds and a slab of concrete attached to the foot. Some articles state the guy was a police man. Hard to translate this one.     |
