Man Found Dead Besides Road With Slash Wounds and with Hands Amputated
Santa Rita, Paraíba, Brazil The body of a man showing signs of extreme and cruel violence was found on the morning of this Friday (13) on the PB-016 highway. According to delegate Douglas Garcia, the victim, who has not been identified, had more than 30 gunshot wounds from various calibres, cuts caused by a “sickle or machete,” and his legs were tied while both hands had been severed at the wrist. There are suspicions that the execution was carried out by a criminal faction and that the victim, based on the characteristics of the crime, may have been involved in thefts.        |

Maybe that first one was killed somewhere else and the body dumped by a second group of offenders. That would explain why there was a handoff.
