Forensic Pathologists do have ways to determine how long it has been since a person died. They don't need to rely on "maybe".

I'm prone to depression ,made worse by a pain problem. When I'm depressed I can be a bit anti-social. When I lived alone,this was the stuff of my nightmares. You know how Bridget Jones worried about dying alone & being eaten by alsatians? That was my head space too. I always,ALWAYS forced myself to get to know my neighbours on a first name basis,just so somebody would check on me if this shit happened to me.
Thankfully,I don't live alone anymore.:-)
